The Content Shows section of the LIVEBUY Dashboard allows you to manage all planned, live, and performed shows in one central place. From here, you can edit show details, monitor performance, and access replays and analytics.
Shows Overview
The overview displays all planned live shows and performed shows (replays). You can switch between a list view and a grid view at any time.
Within the overview, you can:

Search for shows using the search bar

Navigate using the tabs:

All – Shows all content
-
Review pending – Shows requiring review
-
Live & Planned – Displays upcoming and currently live shows

Performed – Displays completed shows (replays)

Filter shows by creator or tags
-
Sort shows by:

Newest / Oldest
-
Best / Worst performance (Content Score)
-
Longest / Shortest duration
-
Name (alphabetical)
-
In the overview, each show displays:

Publication status (published or unpublished)
-
Show title
-
Creator icon and creator name
-
Planned or performed date and time
Clicking on any show—regardless of its status—opens the show panel on the right side.
Content Score
The content score helps you understand each content piece’s performance through a single, quantified KPI based on factors such as:

views & view completion
-
add-to-carts, go-to-checkouts, likes
-
& other positive engagement signals
When sorting a widget by Performance, this score determines the order of the content pieces.
Content with fewer than 100 views will show a “Score calibrating” label until sufficient data is available.
Managing Planned Shows
For planned shows, you can fully edit all information in the following tabs:

Products
-
Promotion
You can also delete a planned show using the Delete button located in the bottom-left corner of the panel.
Additionally, you can open the Video Player to view the pre-show screen. If a show is currently live, the player will display the ongoing live stream.

Managing Replays (Performed Shows)
For performed shows (replays), the following settings can be edited in the General tab:

Replay visibility (publish / unpublish)
The following data is fixed and can only be viewed:

Creator

Date and time
-
Products
-
Analytics
If changes to fixed data are required, please contact LIVEBUY Support. Include the show ID, which can be found in the browser URL when the show is opened, along with a description of the requested changes.
You can also:

Open the player to watch the replay

Download the full video using the Download video button
