Standard Creator Contracts
Standard creator contracts are reusable PDF files (maximum 5 MB) that can be attached to one or multiple creator profiles when inviting or updating creators. These contracts are uploaded once in Settings > Creator Contracts, where they can be centrally collected and selected whenever needed. This section helps you keep all standard creator contracts in one place and avoids having to upload the same contract each time it is assigned to a creator.
Immutability
Once uploaded, a contract cannot be edited, renamed, or deleted. The file name becomes the contract name and cannot be changed. Creators only see the contract content, not the file name. Upload with careβthis action is irreversible.
Archiving contracts
When attaching a contract to a creator within the creator management panel, only active contracts appear in the selection list. Contracts can be archived to hide them from the list and unarchived at any time. Archived contracts remain legally valid and accessible to creators already using them.
Default contract
One standard contract can be set as the default for new creators. It will be pre-selected during invitations but can be changed or removed per creator. The default can be changed or disabled at any time.

Individual Creator Contracts
Individual creator contracts are typically created for specific creators and therefore do not need to be uploaded to the Creator Contracts settings. Instead, these contracts are uploaded directly when they are attached to the respective creatorβs profile.
