LIVEBUY Help Center

Autoplay links now support multiple entries, allowing you to manage several autoplay destinations per shop. This is especially useful if you:

  • run multiple campaigns or landing pages

  • want to apply different UTM or tracking parameters per channel

You can Configure your autoplay base URLs in Settings > General. Each base URL will then automatically generate an autoplay link for every content piece under the Promotion tab in the content piece’s details panel.

Learn more in General Settings.

💰 Sponsored Content Support

You can now add optional “Sponsored by” information to clips and live shows directly in the Dashboard. This helps you comply with advertising and transparency requirements. Whatever you enter in the Sponsored by field will be displayed to viewers in the video player under “About this video”.

📈 Content Performance Insights

We’ve added the content score to clips and shows in both the list view and the configuration panel. This helps you understand each content piece’s performance through a single, quantified KPI based on factors such as:

  • views & view completion

  • add-to-carts, go-to-checkouts, likes

  • & other positive engagement signals

When sorting a widget by Performance, this score determines the order of the content pieces.
Content with fewer than 100 views will show a “Score calibrating” label until sufficient data is available.

↕️ New Sorting Options for Content & Creators

The Dashboard now supports more flexible sorting options across both content and creator screens. With the new Sort-By Dropdown, you can quickly reorder clips, shows, and creators for easier navigation as your platform grows. For clips and shows, sorting by “Best” or “Worst” uses the new content score to help you identify your top and flop performers at a glance.

📤 Resend Activation Emails to Creators

For creators in the “Activation pending” state, you can now manually resend their activation email. This is helpful when:

  • a creator missed or lost the original invitation

  • they didn’t complete activation in time

  • you want to nudge them without sending a new invitation

Learn more in the Creator Management.

🕑 Average View Duration: Live vs. Replay

For (performed) live shows in the content details panel Analytics, you now get insights into both the live and replay avgerage view durations individually. This gives you deeper insight into how audiences consume your live shows during and after the live broadcast. Also for clips, a bug has been fixed that caused the average view duration to always display 0.

Learn more in Content Level Analytics.

📡 Increased Simulcasting Flexibility

You can now adjust your simulcast configuration during a running live show. This means you can react quickly without having to stop ending your live show stream, for example if:

  • simulcasting credentials change after go-live

  • you want to add or remove simulcast destinations on the fly

  • platform connection issues require a quick fix

For viewers and creators, the show is only interrupted briefly and continues automatically after a short reconnect break. This gives your team significantly more control and stability during live shows.

🛠️ General UX, Access Control & Localization Improvements + Bug Fixes

We’ve made a range of smaller enhancements across the Dashboard to improve consistency, reliability, and accessibility — resulting in a smoother and more intuitive experience for all users.
