✍🏽 Manage Creator Contracts with Confidence

You can now handle all your creator agreements directly within the LIVEBUY Dashboard, giving you more control, structure, and legal clarity when working with creators.

• Standard Creator Contracts (under "Settings > Creator Contracts")

  • Upload reusable PDF contracts (up to 5MB) that can be attached to as many creator profiles as you like.

  • Once uploaded, standard contracts are immutable – they cannot be edited or deleted to ensure long-term legal integrity. You can archive older versions to keep your list clean, and even define one as the default contract for new creator invitations.

• Individual Creator Contracts (under "Creators" in each creator's individual profile)

  • When inviting or managing a specific creator, you can either select one of your active standard contracts or upload an individual contract just for them.

  • If a contract is attached to a creator’s profile, they’ll receive an automated email to review and accept it before their account becomes active. Once accepted, the creator gains access to their dashboard and can download the contract for their records.

🚀 Simplified Creator Invitations

Inviting new creators is now easier than ever: all you need is their email address.
You can attach a contract right in the invitation flow — or invite without one if you prefer. The new flow ensures creators are onboarded faster while maintaining full compliance and transparency.

🔐 Account Activation Pages for Creators & Dashboard Users

We’ve added dedicated activation pages for newly invited creators and dashboard users. These pages provide a clean, guided experience for accepting invitations and activating accounts — giving new users a smooth start from day one.

⚡️ Enhanced Navigation & Accessibility

We’ve made several improvements across the Dashboard to make navigation and accessibility even better:

• URLs to specific content pieces (shows or clips) or creator profiles now include information about their location in the (filtered) list and bring focused items into view automatically in the list or grid view.

• Improved keyboard navigation and focus handling in dropdowns and modals for better accessibility compliance.

• Plus: various small UX, accessibility, and design improvements to create a more consistent and intuitive experience throughout the Dashboard.
