Navigation Integration
Create visibility by integrating your video content into your webshop navigation. Don't make your clients search for your content!
Standalone Newsletter
Promote your upcoming shows via a standalone newsletter. Our recommendation is to send the newsletter between one hour and 15 minutes before your show. In these newsletters, you can also promote your past shows. Furthermore, you can use these newsletters to communicate the share & add to calendar features in the Pre-Show Screens. Be aware to have a catchy newsletter title and try to use emojis! 🚀
App Push Notification
If your shop has its app in the app/play store then be clever & use the push notifications to promote your upcoming live shows. Our recommendation is to send the notification between 15 and 3 minutes before the show. Be catchy & use emojis. 📲
Addition to Newsletter & App Notification
Activate the CRM to specify the distribution list of your marketing activities. Examples:

WhatsApp Notification
Never heard of WhatsApp notifications? Imagine having a Newsletter via WhatsApp! Your clients can subscribe to it and will get WhatsApp messages shortly before your upcoming show starts! Also, you can promote special events, news & vouchers. Just don't spam so you don't lose your subscribers!
Online Shop Ribbon
Use an ad ribbon which is displayed as an image overlay all over your online shop during a live show. Make sure to use catchy short copies & vibrant colours! For optimal results add a countdown to your ribbon.
Influencer marketing
In case you already work with content creators on social media you can initiate promotion cooperations for your upcoming shows. Or even better, if a content creator with a high reach is hosting your show, you should include the promotion of the live show & the replay in your booked package.
Homepage banners
Use homepage banners to promote your upcoming shows. In our experience, these aren't the most important promotions but they're still important for visitors who come to your homepage to make them aware of what special events these shows are in your community.
Facebook - Event (Targeted ad)
Create a Facebook event for future live shows and add the link to your show. Boost your event in your target group or your followers. The event creation should be at least a week before the upcoming live show.
Instagram - Story incl. "Reminder"
Post Instagram stories on your account and add the countdown box to it so your followers can get an Instagram notification when your live show starts. Add also a link to the story or your bio to make sure the show is easily found by your followers. The stories should not be too long before the show starts. We recommend publishing your stories the same day of your live show and shortly before the show starts as well. On top of this share the option of watching the replay the day after your show in case interested followers couldn't make time to watch it and be able to watch the replay. By watching the replay a viewer for example notices to tune in live next time to not miss any vouchers.
Instagram - LIVE
Use the Instagram notification and start an Instagram LIVE right before the show to tease the content of the show and promote the show to your viewers on Instagram. Make sure to have a visible link in your story or your bio so your viewers find the show easily. Mostly this promotion works for special shows like the ones with special hosts and also for the few first shows to create the visibility of your live content in your community.
Planning a contest, special challenges, or price promotions during your live show? - Make sure to mention it in all your promotion activities! (But do not communicate vouchers before the show.)
