Connection issues

For live streaming, we recommend using a stable and fast connection either via Wifi or 4G/LTE. Your upload speed should reach 5-7 Mbps and be stable.

To test your upload speed, we recommend using speed.io.

Test your connection in the same environment where you will go live, and ideally at the same time of day that you plan to go live. Please contact us for feedback on your tests.
