To ensure that your network allows a stream connection to be established, please make sure to allow connections with
rtmp://global-live.mux.com:5222/appin your network setting.This has to be done since we do not use the standard RTMP port number 1935

- Live streaming works best with powerful smartphones. For optimal viewer experience, we recommend using fully charged, high-end devices released in 2018 or later.
- Do Not Disturb.
- Set your phone to Do-Not-Disturb to avoid interruptions while streaming (e.g., notifications, calls, emails).
- Portrait mode.
- Your viewers will watch in portrait mode. Therefore, please make sure to lock your phone in portrait mode before starting the LIVEBUY Creator App so that the video is recorded the right side up.
