The LIVEBUY Player can be customised, allowing you to track user behaviour and configure its appearance with a variety of features, for example, enabling the share and calendar icons, displaying your show's viewer count or defining the players' corner radius for a rounded look.
Find these configuration and appearance settings in Dashboard > Settings > Player.
Note that due to caching, changes may take up to 15 minutes until they are reflected in the shop's player.
Sharing a Live Show
- Enable Sharing. Enables viewers to share a live show from the LIVEBUY player.
- Enable the main URL. Replace the domain URL with a main URL.
- Tracking parameters. UTM parameters are short text codes that you add to URLs (or links) to help you track the performance of a webpage or campaign.
Add a show to a Calendar
- Enable “Add to calendar”. Enables viewers to add an upcoming show to their calendar.
- Enable the main URL. Replace the domain URL with a main URL.

Viewer Count
- Enable Viewer Counter. Displays the number of current viewers during a live show.
- Threshold. The threshold defines the minimum number of viewers required before the viewer counter is enabled.
PDP Link
- PDP link tracking. Enables you to track how many clicks are made on your PDP links in the player when you switch from “Add to Cart” to “View Product”.
- Tracking parameters. UTM parameters are short text codes that you add to URLs (or links) to help you track the performance of web pages or campaigns.
Appearance
- Custom radius. Changes the appearance of the player to have rounded corners when in desktop view. Radius limit: 24px
