From the Dashboard, you can download a report of a Show, Replay or Clip, with information on the number of viewers, including from which source they came.
You can find these reports by clicking on a performed Show or a published Clip, going to the download tab on the Show/Clip details and downloading the Source and referrer file.
What's in the "Source and referrer" File?
The CSV file includes different tabs that specify the shop id and name, the number of unique viewers and a variety of sources from which they joined:
- Widget - the show was opened from a widget
- Show Trigger - The show was opened from a show trigger in your shop
- Pop-up - The show was opened from the activated pop-up in your shop
- Autoplay Link - The show was opened by an autoplay_link ( e.g, shared link, add-to-calendar-link)
- Custom - if you use our services using LIVEBUY API, the source appears as “CUSTOM”
- Dashboard - the player was opened in the dashboard by the chat moderator or other users with access to the dashboard
UTM Parameter
Using the UTM parameter as a source of the viewer session. For example, add the parameter "utm_source=instagram" to the URL in order to see how many viewers joined a show using the Instagram link.
