Create a new user with Dashboard access

If you have Admin rights in the Dashboard, you see the "Users & Rights" in the main navigation panel on the left. To create a new user and grant them access to your shop's Dashboard, you have to:

1. Click on "Users & Rights" in the main navigation panel on the left
2. Click on "+ New User" on the top right.
3. Enter the email address of the person you want to grant access to your shop's Dashboard
4. Select the access rights for the person. You have the following options:
   • None: The user will not be able to access this Dashboard section at all. It will not show up in their navigation panel.
   • View: The user will be able to access this Dashboard section, but they will not be able to modify anything within it. For example: In "Shows & Clips" the user will be able to see the existing content, but they won't be able to create new Shows or Clips.
   • Edit: The user will have full access to this Dashboard section and perform all actions that the respective section entails. For example: In "Shows & Clips" the user will be able to create new Shows and upload Clips to your shop.
   • Please note that there is no explicit "Users & Rights" section toggle. Instead, users that receive "Admin rights: On" will automatically be granted "Edit" rights for all Dashboard sections (except Analytics, where only "View" rights are possible) and in addition also be granted access to the "Users & Rights" section to create and modify Dashboard users.
5. Once the selection is finished, click on "Add user". The user will then receive an email to set their password and will be able to log in to the Dashboard. Please make sure to inform the user to check their email inbox + spam folder.

Please note:

• Users that already have a Creator account will not receive an email to set a password. Instead, they can login using the credentials that they also use for the LIVEBUY Creator App. In this case, please make sure to inform them that they have access to the Dashboard with their existing credentials.
• For customers that have multiple shop accounts (e.g. for various country shops) users have to be added for each shop individually.
