Import your Product Catalogue

To enable end-users to add your products to their carts while watching videos, it's necessary to import a product feed from your shop into the LIVEBUY system. We suggest importing your entire product catalogue to provide creators and shop managers with maximum flexibility when creating content, without being limited by a restricted pool of products during show or clip preparation.

Add the Product Feed URL

Log in to the Dashboard and select the Products section in the navigation bar on the left. Click on the Select Products button on the right then select the shop type for your product feed:

• • Select Custom if you have a CSV-formatted product feed 
    • Add the product feed URL
    • Add the file's column delimiter
    • Add the quote character used to enclose data in your CSV file.
  • Select Shopify if you have a Shopify JSON product feed.
    • Add the product feed URL

Map the Data

Our system will try to map the product properties with the column headers from the product feed file. In case the mapping needs to be updated, you can do it manually.

Products Tab

After the product feed is imported to your shop, you'll find an overview of the products and their respective variants.

Import log

Click on Import log to see a history of the automated imports of the product feed to your shop.
